GENERAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The participants are solely responsible for their participation in Fixed-Odds Betting Games on all kinds of virtual sports (including horseracing and greyhounds) as well as on other virtual events, the nature of which is suitable for betting. The participants fully and unreservedly accept the provisions of the applicable legislation, of the Regulation on the Organization, Operation and Conduct of Fixed-Odds Betting Games as applicable, as well as of the terms and conditions laid down each time by OPAP S.A.
Individuals who are older than eighteen (18) are eligible to participate.
Placing bets is allowed to take place prior to the launch of the very first event selected by the player.
The maximum bet per participation, with one or more combinations in place, is set to a maximum amount, which is equal to 20,000 columns, and is notified to players via the Program.
The ticket is printed by dedicated terminals [including OPAPBET self-service betting terminals (SSBTs)], provided that each participant has paid the respective fee.
Upon receipt of his/her ticket, the participant shall confirm its validity, and that all details corresponding to his/her participation are included therein.
OPAP S.A. shall not be liable if, for any reason whatsoever, the ticket details are not entered into the Central IT System (CIS) and/or they are not protected pursuant to the provisions of the applicable legislation. In the aforementioned cases, the ticket holder is not entitled to his/her winnings or to compensation.
The participant is entitled to request the cancellation of his/her participation and the refund of its respective fee, provided that the cancellation conditions and the respective time constraints as set out by OPAP S.A. are met.
The deadline for complaints is set to six (6) days as of the entry of the results of all Program events into the OPAP S.A. CIS.
The ticket bearer shall keep its details and not disclose it to any third party.
OPAP S.A. shall not be liable for any eventual damage incurred by the disclosure of the player’s ticket details to third parties.
Only the result, which is entered into the OPAP S.A. CIS shall be deemed valid.
OPAP S.A. shall not be liable for any setbacks or damage that may be suffered by the player, which is caused by technical problems, such as setbacks that occur during satellite transmission or any other technical failure due to which the display of the virtual event fails to take place properly or is rendered difficult or impossible.
In the aforesaid case, all bets stand, and the only virtual event result to be deemed valid is solely and exclusively that result, which has been entered into the OPAP S.A. CIS.

1. PAYMENT OF WINNINGS

Winnings are paid to the bearer of the winning ticket. In case of ticket loss, any claim regarding the payment of winnings or any type of compensation shall be excluded.
The payment of winnings is carried out by the points of sale, which are authorized by OPAP S.A., or by the cooperating Banks, via a process set each time by OPAP S.A.
Upon the payment of winnings, the corresponding tax is forthwith withheld by OPAP S.A., pursuant to the applicable legislation.
The maximum winning amount per participation, with one or more combinations in place, is set to one million (1.000.000) EUR, unless otherwise specified and mentioned in the Program regarding particular markets or groups of events.
Betting winnings are written off following the lapse of three (3) months as of the respective Program's expiry date.
In case a ticket is destroyed, or its details are altered, or in any other case where their identification or retrieval by the CIS is not feasible, the said ticket will not be deemed valid and any claim regarding the payment of winnings or any other claim for compensation against OPAP S.A. shall be excluded.

With respect to the rest, the general terms of participation of the Regulation on the Organization, Operation and Conduct of Fixed-Odds Betting Games, as applicable, shall apply.

2. SPECIAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION


2.1. General

Pame Stoixima Virtual Sports is based on virtual football and basketball matches, match day and virtual races offered for betting.

Pame Stoixima Virtual Sports is simultaneously displayed in all OPAP agencies. Therefore, all players simultaneously receive the same results.
The virtual football and basketball matches, match days and virtual races with marbles and greyhounds essentially constitute the visualization of draws' results, which are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The winning team is the result of the said draws. RNG is certified by an independent company conducting controls in the games of chance industry.
 The bets placed on virtual football and basketball matches and football match days and virtual races with marbles and greyhounds are governed by the same rules that apply to fixed-odds bets on non-virtual sports events, on a case-by-case basis.
  In case of any technical, electronic or other critical malfunction affecting in any way the virtual football or basketball match or the virtual football match day or virtual races with marbles and greyhounds, all bets on the said match or the said match day shall be deemed void and shall be refunded. The cases where the result of the virtual match or of the virtual football match day is already entered into the OPAP S.A.’s CIS are excluded.
  Only the results entered the OPAP S.A. CIS shall be deemed valid.
Due to the nature of the satellite connection, it is possible that a match is not broadcast or that the broadcast quality is poor, even though the result of the virtual match has already been generated. In such a case, the bets shall be deemed valid since the result has already been determined.
   Sometimes, it is possible for the video stream to be out of sync. Furthermore, it is possible for the commentary to be out of sync. In such cases, all bets stand.
The minimum entry amount is €0,25.
The maximum winnings amount per bet is €1.000.000,00.

2.2. Pame Stoixima Virtual Sports Rules

Virtual football, match days, basketball matches and virtual races with marbles and greyhounds are programmed to take place every 3 minutes.
It is possible to bet on up to four (4) matches each time during every virtual football match day.
The duration of every virtual football or basketball match or of a match day or virtual races with marbles and greyhounds is one to two (1-2) minutes.
Virtual football matches and match days are held between clubs or national teams, whereas virtual basketball matches are only held between clubs.
Every virtual football or basketball match includes two (2) participating teams.
Every virtual race with marbles and greyhounds involves 10 marbles and 6 greyhounds respectively.
The maximum number of goals during a virtual football match is six (6), and the maximum number of goals during a virtual football match day is twenty-four (24).
  Each virtual football match features highlight footage, while every such footage displays either a goal, a miss or a save. Each virtual basketball game is divided into 4 periods, and each one of them features 1 highlight, except for the last period (4th), which displays 4 highlights.
  Each virtual race with greyhounds features 6 greyhounds in each race and all of which start from the same starting point.
  Each virtual race with marbles features 10 marbles in 3 different tracks (sand, snow, football) with four different routes, which start from a common starting point and along the way they encounter various obstacles.
 Each virtual football and basketball match starts with an introductory card that features a list of the two (2) participating teams, as well as the corresponding odds of the main markets offered.

2.3. Markets

2.3.1. The following markets are available in virtual football matches and match days:

 Full-time Result (1/X/2) - A bet that involves correctly predicting the result of a virtual football match.
 Correct Score - A bet that involves correctly predicting the final score of a virtual football match. Possible scores may be 1-0, 2-0, 2-1, 3-0, 3-1, 4-0, 0-0, 1-1, 2-2, 0-1, 0-2, 1-2, 0-3, 1-3, 0-4.
 Total number of Goals Under/ Over 2.5/1.5 - A bet that involves predicting whether the number of goals scored during a virtual football match is over/under the specified number. If the bet is under/over 2.5 goals, then under means 0, 1 or 2 goals and over means 3 or 4 goals. If the bet is under/over 1.5 goals, then under means 0 or 1 goal and over means 2, 3 or 4 goals.
  Double Chance - The result of your bet is based on two choices: you win if any of your two choices wins. If you choose 1X (home-team win and draw) your bet is a winner if the home team wins or if the match ends in a draw; therefore, you only lose the bet if the home team loses. Double Chance possible results may include: 1X, 12, X2.
  Total number of Goals - A bet that involves correctly predicting the total number of goals scored during a virtual football match. The total number of goals scored during a virtual football match may be 0, 1, 2, 3, 4.
  Goal/ No Goal - A bet that involves correctly predicting whether both teams or one of them or none of them will score during a football match.
  Half-time/ Full-time - A bet that involves correctly predicting the combination of the half-time and full-time result. There are 9 such combinations for every match.
   Full-time Result & Goal/ No Goal - A bet that involves correctly predicting the full-time result of a virtual football match (1-Χ-2) and whether both teams or only one of them or none of them will score. In order for a said bet to be a winner, both cases must apply (Full-time Result & Goal/ No Goal).
   Half-time Result - A bet that involves correctly predicting the half-time result of a virtual football match, using 1-Χ-2 points.
   Half-time Correct Score - A bet that involves correctly predicting the correct score of a virtual match at half time. The available betting options are seven in total (1-0, 2-0, 0-1, 0-2, 0-0, 1-1, Other Score)
  First Team to Score - A bet that involves correctly predicting the team that will score the first goal during a virtual match (Home Team - No Goal - Away Team).
  Last Team to Score - A bet that involves correctly predicting the team that will score the last goal during a virtual match (Home Team - No Goal - Away Team).
  Home Team to Score - A bet that involves correctly predicting whether the home team will score (Yes/ No).
  Away Team to Score - A bet that involves correctly predicting whether the away team will score (Yes/ No).
  Home Team Goals - A bet that involves correctly predicting the number of goals scored by the home team during a match.
  Away Team Goals - A bet that involves correctly predicting the number of goals scored by the away team during a match.
  First Team to Score and Correct Score - A bet that involves correctly predicting the first team to score, as well as the correct score of a virtual football match.
  Winning margin - A bet that involves correctly predicting the winning margin for one of the 2 teams.
  Correct Score out of Group - A bet that involves correctly predicting the full-time score of a virtual football match out of a group of possible scores.
  Handicap 1:0, 0:1 - A bet that involves correctly predicting the full-time result of a match with 1 goal handicap in favor of one of the two teams.
 Under/ Over Match day Goals - A bet that refers to the Virtual Sports Championship, and involves correctly predicting whether the number of goals of all 8 matches of a virtual match day will be over or under the specified number.

2.3.2. The following markets are available for virtual basketball games:

Moneyline (1/2): A bet that involves correctly predicting the result of a virtual basketball game.
Handicap (1/2): A bet that involves correctly predicting the full-time result of a game with a handicap of points in favor of one of the two teams.
Total Points Under/ Over: A bet that involves predicting whether the total number of points during a virtual basketball game will be over/ under the specified number (limit).
Moneyline & Under/ Over: A bet that involves correctly predicting both the Game Winner and whether the number of points scored during a virtual basketball game will be over/ under the specified number.
Half-time/ Full-time: A bet that involves correctly predicting the combination of the half-time (end of 2nd period) result and of the full-time result (end of 4th period). There are 6 such combinations for every game.
 Winning margin: A bet that involves predicting the final margin in winning points in favor of one of the two teams (Home team - Away team).
Τotal Points Group 10: The said bet involves correctly predicting the range of the total game points. There are 10 different point ranges.
Highest Scoring Quarter: A bet that involves predicting the game period (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th) during which the highest aggregate number of points will be scored by both teams.
Handicap (Extra): A bet that involves correctly predicting the full-time result of a game with a handicap of points in favor of one of the two teams. The indication Extra refers to the alternative point handicap in relation to the “Handicap Winner” market.
Total Points Under/ Over (Extra): A bet that involves predicting whether the number of total points scored during a virtual basketball game will be over or under the specified number. The indication Extra refers to the alternative point limit in relation to the “Game Under/ Over” market.
Half-time Result: A bet that involves predicting the half-time result of a virtual basketball game, using Home Team Win, Draw, Away Team Win.
Winning Margin & Total Points Over/ Under: It is a combined bet that involves predicting the full-time margin of winning points in favor of one of the two teams (Home team - Away team) and whether the total number of points scored during a virtual basketball game will be over or under the specified number.
Handicap & Total Points Under/ Over: A bet that involves correctly predicting the Game Winner with a handicap of points in favor of one of the two teams, and whether the total number of points scored during a virtual basketball game will be over/ under the specified number.
Home Team Under/ Over points: A bet that involves predicting whether the total points of the Home team scored during a virtual basketball game will be over/ under the specified number.
Away Team Under/ Over points: A bet that involves predicting whether the total number of points scored by the Away team during a virtual basketball game will be over/ under the specified number.
Total Points Odds-Even: A bet that involves predicting whether the total number of points scored during a virtual basketball game will be either an odd or an even number.
Winning Margin (Extra): A bet that involves predicting the final margin in winning points in favor of one of the two teams (Home team - Away team). The indication Extra refers to alternative winning margins in relation to the “Winning Margin” market.
Total Points Group 5 (Extra): A bet that involves correctly predicting the range of the total game points. There are 16 different point ranges. The indication Extra refers to alternative point ranges in relation to the “Game Points” market.
Winning Margin (Extra) & Total Points Under/ Over: It is a combined bet that involves predicting the full-time margin of winning points in favor of one of the two teams (Home team - Away team), and whether the total number of points scored during a virtual basketball game will be over or under the specified number. The indication Extra refers to the alternative winning margins in relation to the “Winning Margin & Game Over/ Under” market.

2.3.2. The following markets are available for virtual racing:

Winner of the Race (Ghanian): This bet consists of correctly predicting the participant who will finish first in the virtual race.
First 2 in Order (Forecast): This bet consists of correctly predicting the two participants who will finish in the first and second place of a virtual race, in the exact order of finishing.
First 3 in Order (Tricast): This bet consists of correctly predicting the three participants who will finish in the first, second, and third place of a virtual race, in the exact order of finishing.
First 2 Any Order (Duet): This bet consists of correctly predicting the two participants who will finish in the first two places of a virtual race, regardless of the order of finishing.
First 3 Any Order (Trio): This bet consists of correctly predicting the three participants who will finish in the first three places of a virtual race, regardless of the order of finishing.
1st or 2nd or 3rd (Place): This bet consists of correctly predicting the participant who will finish in the first, second, or third place of the virtual race.
Marble who will finish 1st & In Which Zone (for marbles only): This bet consists of correctly predicting the marble that will finish first in the virtual race and simultaneously making the correct selection of the finishing zone it will end up in from the five available zones (A, B, C, D, E).
